Yeah, the tornado was allegedly registered, but it did have a history of depression (tropical) which didn’t turn up on the radar because of a weakness in the laws that did not require a mental background check.

Pelosi is passing a bill to close the hole...if the bill passes all states will be given huge incentives to compile their tornado depression history into a central CIA database. Any Tornado found to have a history of depression will not be permitted to purchase a firearm.
