There are many on FR that think its okay for the government to tell business how to do business and who dont trust the market.
Actually, there are those of us who are fine with the market, but are not fine when multinational corporations decide to give away our secrets to our enemies or when they decide they won't sell us vital munitions components.
Free trade is only free when it runs both ways. As it is, China has free trade with our market, but we don't have it with theirs. That situation sounds like something other than "freedom" frankly...

You are exactly right! We will have free trade only when our goods and services flow into other countries as easily as their goods flow into ours. The US can compete with any nation on earth when real free trade is allowed. What we have going on now with many nations is not free trade. That is what Hunter is determined to fix.
