On that same note, remember how WWII pilots would paint a symbol on the side of their plane for each enemy plane they shot down. Imagine if you will that Bush could not do the same with Air Force One. For each terrorist plot foiled because of his policies he gets a new symbol painted on the side , and if the plot was supposed to be on American soil it would be a special symbol. The side of Air force One would look pretty awesome by now. But in reality most of these foiled plots we never here about because of National Security.
