15 mafia clans dominate Albania

Tirana. Albanian mafia consists of 15 clans, which rule the whole country territory, Koha Jone wrote, citing report of the French Institute for Investigating Criminal Risk. In the report is said that it is clear enouch that if they are able and continue to exist so many years, mafia organizations in Albania have influence over all political, police and military sphere. French specialists believe that the structure of the mafia in Albania is clan type as the relation between members of each clan are at most generic. Usually the members of one clan live near to each other sometimes even on the same street. In the report cited is also said that the relations between members of Albanian mafia are done on basis of special honor code, which have unarguable authority.
