No ties to any international terror groups, according to CBS News. It was homegrown.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I doubt it was homegrown. They were trying to buy AK-47s. Home growners would be trying for M-16s.

Yeah right. And I suppose they all speak perfect English.

International cell phones make international communications instantaneous, and international bank transfers? Happen in small increments ALL the time.

I get such a kick out of CBS's premature press ejaculations based on the Democrat propaganda line, even before any true facts are known.

I doubt it was homegrown too but not for the reason you state. No one buys M-16s - rather they get AR variants. But AKs are cheaper and would be the weapon of choice. Maybe they were on a budget.

Yeah, it's a real kick in the head that America's most prominent news organisations do everything they can to put terrorists in the most innocent light possible while shoveling as much dirt as they can beg, borrow or make up on our troops in our faces on a daily basis.

My sense of equanimity towards the press is being stretched to just about the limits of civil tolerance.
