I love it here but I am finding the taxes to be just too high anymore. It used to be rural where I live, now its a bunch of strip malls. I would like to stay in Southern NJ but the land there is just going too high now. NJ is driving people out.
Yes, that’s about to happen in PA. The elderly cannot afford the property taxes in their homes, Heck, I’m not elderly, but I find 3,000 for a townhome to be oppressive!
I’m hearing numbers in NJ like $12,000 for a simple shot-gun house. Criminal!
