Yes, that’s about to happen in PA. The elderly cannot afford the property taxes in their homes, Heck, I’m not elderly, but I find 3,000 for a townhome to be oppressive!

I don’t think you can buy anything in NJ for that amount unless its in an area you wouldn’t dare live in.
