The Newsroom at CBS 13 in Sacramento, CA is monitoring the Rush Limbaugh show today. They may be somewhat concerned.
CBS, as you recall, is the network that promoted phony National Guard documents to try to influence a presidential election.
I just spoke to the newsdesk in Sacramento. They are aware that Limbaugh has been talking about them today and giving warnings that they had better remove a video about "Barack the Magic Negro" that someone put on YouTube. Limbaugh had nothing to do with the production.
CBS 13 has a poll underway asking if Limbaugh's parody is racist. They did a 2-part series about it and are trying to cause some controversy.
The woman at the newsdesk has been informed that the term "Barack the Magic Negro" did not originate with Limbaugh. It originated with the leftist Los Angeles Times. According to her, they are "taking everything into consideration and dealing with the Limbaugh 'Magic Negro' situation."
The press is often allowed to get away with this nonsense because some people are powerless to stop it. They took on the wrong guy this time.

You may have already seen this but I watched the video on ch 13’s site and they edited out the youtube video.
What have we come to? This is unbelievable.
I think they know they have a very big problem on their hands. Rush should settle for nothing less than a lengthy apology on the air. Or, they should allow him a few minutes on the air. That would be excellent.
Imus' audience didn't even know it was politically incorrect until Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson told them so.
It wasn't audience reaction that caused CBS to fire Imus. It was the race-baiting lobby.
Stevie Wonder, who admitted to having been a “nappy headed boy” in that song (Title? “Where Did Those Days Go?”).
In part 5 of the story on their website, they finally admitted that the term came from the Los Angeles Times.
Bingo. This is going nowhere, no traction at all.

Freedom defender? Huh? Are you nuts? I can’t believe you don’t understand what Rush has been doing, unless you don’t listen to Rush and get your info from the msm. You need to change either your perception of freedom or your posting name.
It was the fact that his advertisers bailed out. To some degree, that was brought on by the fact that advertisers did not want to be associated with him on a national basis. But a lot of it was that his own listeners pulled the plug, and his advertisers followed suit. That last part is not going to happen with Rush.
Research before you run off at the mouth. Rush did not invent the term. The LA Slimes did. Get the facts, they usually speak the truth.
