hmmm!
take your index finger and thumb... grab the web part of your hand between the index finger and thumb on your other hand, just getting into the muscle a little and pinch the index finger and thumb together on that spot (thumb on palm side, index finger on top side of hand) for a minute or two. then release it...
see if that helps the headache. unfortunately from here i can't reach the shoulders and neck! LOL and it is hard to do yourself, unless you are a great contortionist.
the other possibility is this> you can't use your thumbs, so you will have to use your index and ring fingers on each hand (right hand on forehead above right eye, and left on left) starting at just above the bridge of your nose...apply pressure and move them above your eyebrows to the outside of your head (stopping where your eyebrow stops). repeat a couple of times.
hope one of those helps! otherwise, take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning! ::grinning::

i would think that if you were juggling, not catching things and their subsequent falling on your head would often cause a headache! :;grin::
feel better soon!
