It's not an alleged film and it still exists. I'm sure the government made plenty of copies of it when it was requisitioned back in the 60's. It could have been employees in another window innocently watching the parade. Both my uncle and my aunt testified before Congress. He also had a 35mm camera that he had been using. They were right next to some woman who was supposed to have had an epileptic fit or heart attack just before Kennedy was shot. I think it was when all this happened that his camera pointed at the book depository and away from the motorcade. I saw the film once when I was a child. It didn't have the head shot in it.
