Sam Brownback - Sounds good as a team player, but didn't come off as a leader.
Jim Gilmore - Very well spoken, but didn't display a reason to move him out of the second tier.
Rudy Giuliani - Horrible! Made a complete ass of himself. He'll see a dip in the polls based on this performance.
Mike Huckabee - Very good, but again, nothing to elevate him to 1st tier.
Duncan Hunter - Did nothing for me. I was expecting the most out of Duncan, but he didn't deliver for me. He looked constipated.
John McCain - Was struggling for breath, but said the right things. He looked old and not well. He did, however, pander to conservatives. IMHO, he was the winner here.
Mitt Romney - Came off like he was trying to sell us a yugo. He does have a good sense of humor, but even his tan was too slick.
Ron Paul - Our Dennis Kucinich
Tom Tancredo - By the time he got comfortable enough, the debate was almost over. I liked his answers more than I thought I would though.
Tommy Thompson - Horrid...not a fan. Some 'conservative' with his communist policy ideas for Iraq!
Fred was smart not to get involved in this circus. The questions from 'the politico' were pathetic and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Eh, not constipated IMO. It's probably because we've already learned about his positions and issues. So he can't really surprise us.

In terms of execution and gravitas, he was very good. Romney and Hunter were the two big winners tonight. But yeah, Rudy did horribly.

There's the best debate summary. Better the man who ignored the question and answered another. Which many did. And were better for so doing.

Smart enough? I'm asking what is he afraid of? Either get in or get out. What we don't need is someone who can't make up his mind or prove himself as the other candidates are willing to do. Same for Newt.
