Pitbulls should not be allowed in populated areas. It is absurd to argue otherwise. I know, you probably know one that is a sweet little teddy bear. That’s what all pitbull owners claim. It is odd how these angles have mauled children to death time and time again. Then the owners have the audacity to blame the victim and say the dog must have been antagonized. I’m for very harsh penalties for any owner of a vicious dog that attacks a person.

An aggressive breed can be controlled through owner-dominance, and an owner putting the dog in its place (last on the totem pole of the family)... Our dog is in obedience class with a pit bull terrier and we can see that the owners do not have control over the dog. The dog does not know its place... This could have disastrous consequences in the future.

My neighbor’s huge, giant, (did I say big?) rottweiler is so very gentle. You are correct that it is the owners fault. Thank you for the links. I like the article because they do blame the owners more than they do the dogs. Unfortunately, all three dogs will have to perish because of the loathsome owners.
