Although it is occasionally threatened by brush fires, Pepperdine is situated in the Pacific Palisades (the end of the Santa Monica mountains as they meet the ocean), and surely has one of the most beautiful university campuses in the country, with a spectacular view of the Pacific.

I need to update some of the people on this site. As some know, I bought a new Honda Accord and was wondering what I was going to do with my old one which has just over 44,400 miles on it and it is a 96. Well, it seems that people are coming out of the woodwork to buy it. Now, what do I do!!!

I love the blue!!!

Just my opinion, but Laura tends to dress much too severely. Pants suits are comfortable, but her's are too tailored, and she doesn't choose soft fabrics to drape nicely on her. Also, her palette tends to be neutrals, but she looks so much better in stronger colors. The primary colors and others that are near to the primaries in tonal value look the best on her.

Well, it seems that people are coming out of the woodwork to buy it. Now, what do I do!!!

#1 -- Be very careful.

#2 -- Don't let anyone test drive the car without you AND a friend or relative along.

#3 -- Don't hand over the paperwork until you get the money. Again, have a relative or friend with you when the transaction takes place.

#4 -- Don't let any strangers into your house. Do the transaction in the driveway or a neutral site.

#5 -- Sell the car if you get a fair price.

#6 -- Take cash or a certified check or money order only. No personal checks.
