GOP candidates should ideally make their points by seeing who can mount the best attacks on Dem positions, instead of sniping at each other. Good for Rudy! I much prefer Fred right now, but Rudy’s off to a good start

Don’t you just love the reaction by the lefties when someone calls them out. The truth really hurts doesn’t it? Go Rudy. Amen.

"Sens. Shame he didn't add that the Gestapo tactics of the Clinton administration didn't stop terrorist attacks either.

Smart move by Rudy. Drawing fire from the Dem candidates can only help him.
To: Cincinatus' Wife
Aw, Rudy. He would have homered if he called the Dems anything but “patriotic”.

Conservatives don't like him either.
My views are 180 degrees from his and he couldn't get my vote on a bet.
This aught to good.

Rudy is at least correct about this.

Too little too late Rudolphio. You should have come on pro 2nd amendment, pro life and anti illegal alien right out of the starting gate. But you hymned and hawed, and now want to Champion the Republican conservative cause on Iraq?
Too little, too late.
But keep up the good work on Iraq, maybe you will get an ambassadorship to Italy.

Yes, the Giuliani spectacle is bringing surprises to many who were ignorant about his base of support:
* Supporters of abortion who’ve claimed to be against it (reminiscent of a religious pro-abortion protest in a Denver stadium long ago).
* Closet opponents of our Second Amendment.
* Supporters of unconstitutional power for corrupt municipal governments.
* Opponents of our defense.

* Supporters of homosexual activism.
The list goes on.

All the republican candidates must be attacking all the democrats in this way, but most of them seem unable. The gutless wussie democrats would raise the white flag and whine and blame others.

Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama laced into Rudy Giuliani yesterday after the GOP front-runner sparked an uproar by declaring America would be more vulnerable to a terror attack with a Democrat in the White House.
Given that elected Democratic leaders are running like scalded dogs away from meetings/briefings with senior on-the-ground military commanders, I think Rudy is hitting the nail right on the head here.
Have either Senator Clinton or Senator Obama commented yet on Nancy Pelosi's refusal to meet with General Petraeus before voting on the funding of the war? (that's a rhetorical question, btw)
To: Cincinatus' Wife
Rudy's response show's he's ready for the Big Chair:
"It sounds like I hit at least a triple," Giuliani told radio host Sean Hannity. "I was trying for a home run, but I think I got at least a triple - meaning I have got the three leading Democratic candidates attacking me."
Rudy just told the Clintons: "I am NOT intimidated by you, and I am NOT backing down. Welcome to New York!"
Be Seeing You,
Chris

Former Sen. John Edwards and the Democratic National Committee also joined in on the anti-Rudy romp, accusing him of politicizing the war on terror in a daylong brawl. f-ing hypocrits. Those SOB's politicize EVERYTHING. I am sick of them hiding behind that lie. Democrats deserve to be ripped a new one for the crap they are pulling.

I do not support Rudy.
But I do agree with what he said.
I agreed with it way back when Rush said it too.
Democrats can not be allowed to take the White House!
