Right. He did it numerous times AND he dressed like that for a month to “practice”. At some level, he must like it.Knowing what I know of the guy, I'm pretty sure he just has a good sense of humor.
It is COMPLETELY unstatesmanlike.
So is nearly choking to death on a pretzel, or barfing on the Japanese Prime Minister, or getting drunk (while holding a loaded weapon) and shooting your hunting partner in the face.
