Same here. My family’s been military for three generations. D-Day, Africa, Tinian (509th anyone???), Korea, VietName, and Iraq.
But, according to the opinions of many, I’m not a “worthy conservative.”

My everlasting gratitude to your family. I cannot say my family members were as involved. But, two served in WWII, two in Korea. Also, my sweetheart served in Vietnam.
