Breaking on CNN a few minutes ago.
1 plane down in neighborhood, status of pilot or occupants unknown at this time.
Well, I am going to watch to Fox and see what updates we get.
I hope the pilot was able to get out.
Sigh.
Eyewitness on CNN reports that one plane hit a pine tree in a residential area. Some damage to houses.
Thanks for info,
Cnn has caller who says he lives across road and in close proximity to where plane impacted,, plane apparently hit pine trees but did not actually directly hit residences.. unable to confirm involvement of houses beyond he says he saw holes in houses but no fire,, lots of debris..
Damn.
Godspeed, pilot..
This has been one heck of a week. One punch after another.
Thanks for the update.
This is horrible news. I saw them way back in 1988 at Armed Forces Day at Andrews AFB, I think it was one of the first shows they’d done with their then-new F/A-18 Hornets. They were spectacular.

I just turned on the television and saw this; thanks for the ping. Any word on whether the pilot ejected?
We’ve seen the Blue Angels in action and they are so skilled that it’s hard to imagine this happening.
Thanks.
FNC saying Pilot did not survive
CNN just report pilot is dead.
FNC just said the angel died. House in Beaufort on fire.
No one seems to know for certain, a witness on the scene says the only pieces of the plane remaining would fit in your hand.
Oh no. He died. Lots of worried family members right now.
The crash site is roughly four miles from my friend’s house.
April seems to always be a bad month for some reason. :(
There is a pretty good eyewitness on CNN who saw it come down. Lot of trees broke some of the crash, took off the wings, the fuselage continued for another block. He cannot see that portion of the wreck and if there are any injuries at that point.
They were flying the A-4 Skyhawk then.
The best show was away from the flight line and in the industrial park where they were making low altitude “U” turns.
I never believed anyone could fly that low, that fast and in such a tight formation.
Let’s hope for the best.....
Eyewitness on CNN reporting on the wreckage...says he did not see pilot eject.
Sounds like no way, he clipped the tree line.
That’s good.
