FoxHouston news-readerette just said that authorities have asked helos and news stations to not show all the ground activity going on as SWAT gets in place. They are concerned that Perp may have access to a TV and may be watching what is going on outside.
The driveby media is trying to get more innocents shot...all in the name of headlines and advertising.
And another station is saying that some SWAT people have entered the building, but I didn’t see it happen. Another ambulance just pulled up into place with the other ones, lights flashing. Then it just parked.
That big blue hummer-type truck evidently can jack up or something - they said they could use it to see into the 2nd floor.
The rest of the JSC campus has been told to go home.
OK,all. My daughter-in-law & granddaughter are there at NASA right now. They were touring the Space Center on a field trip with their Charter School. They were on lockdown but have been allowed to get on the bus. They are now on their way out.
We are breathing huge sighs of relief here!!!
