Personal opinion: a lot of the things seem to be a stretch, but they are things to consider.

P.S. Kudos on pointing out parts which could be extrapolations--i.e. 1 in 8 Virginians live in Fairfax County, and trying to give both sides of the story even when one side doesn't support your view.

Thanks, but I’m not trying to support a given conclusion. I’ve seen data which prompts me to wonder, and my goal is to find out whether my supposition is well-founded.
