Vote Kucinich/Hagel in ‘08.

So, Cheney's impeached, convicted and removed from office, then Bush appoints Rush Limbaugh to the Vice Presidency. Then Bush is impeached and President Limbaugh appoints Ann Coulter V.P.
See, it can happen.

Now, if Cheney is removed and his replacement is stalled in Congress, and then something happens to Bush with a vacancy in the Vice-Presidency, whom do you suppose is next in line to assume the Presidency? But what if Pelosi refused to step down from her current role as Empress?

was he ever!!
the mayor of Cleveland and a daily joke in the news...He put the City into bankruptcy and it took a Republican to get in office and clean it up...
I lived in Cleveland when he was in office..I worked in a beauty salon and he was the “laugh of the day” and topic for jokes..oh what fun we had in those days..

My ballpark is WI.
My vote doesn’t matter either. What the Dems don’t win out right up here, they will steal. It does cleanse the soul to mark that ballot. The biggest biter for me is that my mother-in-law, whose political values are found on bumper stickers, always cancels my vote.

I dont wish any harm to befall Kucinich but.......... I really hope he gets run over by a bus. Actually, I was hoping it would be a large, gas guzzling SUV.

They could possibly get a majority of the House to go along with it, since, as you pointed out, we're talking Democrats here.
But it would seem as if his chances of being convicted by a 2/3 majority in the Senate - with the current Senate composed as is - would be about as great as the chances of snow on the Fourth of July in Honolulu.
So practically speaking, barring the revelation of some heretofore unknown information about Cheney and barring a violent coup, Cheney can be assured that he will not be removed from office by the Dummies and their possible RINO allies.
The Founding Fathers knew what they were doing when they made impeachment and removal possible but very difficult.

You say, Fienstein; I say, Fiengold. Your Boxer trumps my Kohl, though.

I routinely send emails to and occasionally call Feinstein when I’m angry, but Boxer....pfft. If she moves one more step to the left she’ll fall off the planet.
Basically, we pay a whole helluva lot of taxes but get no representation for it.

The possibility of them being able to intimidate enough Republicans into voting to convict is unlikely. But if they could, they would do it. And my point is that the actual charges would be irrelevant. They call President Bush a liar with no evidence, why would they be restrained in an attack on Vice-President Cheney?

Has anybody else noticed that you never hear anything out of Kucinich until they have wrapped up the filming of the Harry Potter movies?

My playground is Alabama. Where my governor, both US senators, US House rep, and the majority of the state’s House delegation, are conservatives. Thankfully, we left the Marxist hellhole of Washington state last July and escaped from behind enemy lines. We also lived in communist hell you folks do. But, NOW we are FREE!!!
