The gun grabbers should be hiding today but instead will be trying to make headlines. If VT students who had CCW permits were allowed to carry on campus, perhaps some dead kids would be alive today. The legistators who voted to restrict guns on campus have a lot to answer to this morning. Right thinking gun owners need to go on the offensive, not cower.

While we don't know enough to know for sure yet, it seems odd that no one Flight-93ed the guy. While it could be that it did happen and he was just that good with his guns, could it be a result of the insane "never, ever fight back" stuff some of the public schools insist on these days? It's hard to believe that no one had a cup of hot coffee in a morning class.

Correct. I was listening to the Curtis & Kuby radio show this morning and even liberal Ron Kuby said he was a gun owner when he was at the University of Kansas. Said if a similar situation happened he would have been able to protect himself and other students.

I'm printing off some of the excellent thread starting articles on the REAL FACTS ABOUT CITIZENS HAVING GUNS and going to shove them in several colleagues' faces regardless of the repercussions. This is turf warfare, folks.

Jim, could we have a dedicated sidebar section where all the best anti-gun control threads would be located as a group? Sometimes the titles make collecting by title search problematic. Maybe we already do. I don't have the sidebar up routinely.
