Gunman on Campus; Stay inside your building, away from windows; Shooting incident at West Ambler Johnston Hall

Reporter or photographer, I think.
Of course were not going to hear that he is a terrorist. Nobody wants that option, least of all PravdABDNC. The only place you are going to see that line followed will be right here.
Pray for W and Va Tech
N.Y. killer carried political note
Shades of Vince Foster and the Park Police. Now the ATF is involved?
How long does it take Sherlock Holmes to find no gun at the scene of the supposed murder-suicide? One minute tops.
How long does it take campus security/campus administrators to pick up a phone and get the word out armed and dangerous at large.
They could not connect the previous bomb threat(s).
But boy they could ban concealed carry.
I understand for more resources. Other than that, I have no idea.
Ah ok, thanks. Trying to catch up.
the problem is the Govt can’t protect us. It is up to us to protect ourselves, but unfortunately the govt won’t allow us to do that.
I have 2 coworkers (in Northern VA) who each have a daughter at VA Tech. Both kids are fine! One was upset more than the other because she had lived in the dorm where the first shooting took place last year. The other one is a senior, lives off campus, and was not on campus when this happened. Both parents were told they could leave work and go down to Blacksburg to be with their kids. One has 6 other kids at home and couldn’t leave because he had no power at his house (from the wind). The other parent was leaving to go to campus. Of course both were so sorry for the parents who had lost children and so very relieved their own were okay.
Not one single tiny part of this makes any sense. None.
MOgirl
That actually makes sense, it would explain the reports of him asking people where his girlfriend was before he would shoot them. I was wondering why that would have been the case if he had shot the girlfriend earlier. Roomate and RA makes much more sense. Thanks.

If it IS this kind of situation, it’s surprising the MSM doesn’t hit it from the angle that Bush isn’t doing his job to capture terrorists... but then, I guess if they did, it’d be promoting the need for the Patriot Act.
Sarcasm appreciated.
This is one reasons that the gun control people want “invisible” or hidden SN’s on new guns, and an autostamper for the empty shells.
In any case, having the SN just means they’ll sue anyone on the paper trail of the gun, it has nothing to do with forensics, safety, or prevention.
Yes, I would want to have a good talk with the photographer.
It is amazing, the way they fight with rocks, but manage to have it well taped and shown on the internet, in a hundred different places.
Something is up.
Been working outside all night, and I expected there to be more information. There is still no ID, which means I doubt he was a student. Someone, somewhere, would have recognized him.
Has there be any thing here that says who this guy was?
I heard the dorm required keycard access overnight and was open to all at 7 AM.
“This was a failure to protect u.s. citizens.”
Huh?
There is no way to stop a determined killer from creating havoc in a public place, unless we live under martial law.
If true then that makes the most sense I’ve heard all day
Sigh.................I guess if I have to..........
sounds plausible.
Thanks, caught that after I posted. It took this old dyslexic a while to put together a post, and by that time, I was in catch up mode again. It’s been a long day. The last time I spent the whole day in front of the monitor was 9-11. I had that day off too. Sad thing about Al’s internet... sometimes ya just can’t judge folks’ meaning by their words alone... hopefully, I worded my response such that you understand I didn’t mean you any disrespect either. Long day.
