How about the quote of the queen in 300.
She hands the traitor back his own words he used when he raped her, (as she stabs him in the guts in front of the other politicians he was telling the war was unneeded.)
something like, “I am not your queen, I will not enjoy this...” as she twists the knife and falls to the floor and the bribe money spilling out.
And there's the line where one of Xerxes' minions is threatening Leonidas:
Minion: "... and you and your men will be ..."
Leonidas: "Slaves?"
Minion [laughing]: "No. Your children will be slaves. Your old men will be slaves. Your women will be slaves ..."
Leonidas: "You don't know our women."
And finally, in the opening sequence, when the Persian envoy is threatening war against Sparta, and Leonidas' wife laughs at him, he says:
"Who is this woman who dares to speak like a man? What gives her the right to be here where we are discussing important matters?"
To which the queen replies "I have the right because I am a Spartan woman. And we are the only ones giving birth to real men."
