We prayed one miracle into being.. The vein, that when measured and mapped should not have been large enough to repair her femoral artery turned out to be perfect...Ultrasound this past week showed it was open and carrying blood flow just fine.

This reads so beautifully that it builds my faith for Gina's lung. We know God is not short on miracles and He loves to bless and heal His children, so: Father God, I ask along with Tas that You fix Gina's lung so it is fully healthy and restored to perfect function, in Jesus' Name. Please continue to uphold with Your strength Gina and all her family. We drive out fear and adverse reactions to her treatment, and we call in the healing virtue of Jesus to fill Gina's body, overwhelming and destroying all that does not bring life to her. Thank You, God, that You hear us.

She is on the surgery schedule for 10:30 am...

Yesterdays ordeal. She went in for preadmission testing. She was scheduled for 1:30..Someone on their end lost the orders..Couldn’t get ahold of the Doctor . Many calls back and forth.

Finally got her blood drawn at 6:00. That sort of thing will sure fill you with confidence.

Bless her heart! I know that can be unnerving!

A friend of mine had something similar happen regarding a stent. He and his wife had driven over a hundred miles to the hospital, only to be told that he wasn't scheduled.

All worked out well, but it was stressful to say the least.

Praying that the providence of God surrounds Gina in such a way that all may sense His strengthening presence, and that they are extra diligent with the surgery and post op care.
