Well, they’re primarily Latino and Hispanic from what I read.
AKA “Norteno”, which I hadn’t heard of either.
Big tattoo identifiers, usually state “916 Broderick”.
I guess 916 is the area code.
The ACLU was defending the Boys against an injunction with tight controls and curfews set by the District Attorney. The DA prevailed against ACLU - always a good thing.
I checked the Yolo County District Attorney website for any information on the Amtrak incident. No information to be found, but for the ladies....the DA is very nice looking.
