I don't think it's as bad as having it in the pancreas, but having it in the liver is pretty darned bad. I'm not a doctor though so maybe someone with an MD rather than a JD can give us more reliable information

If the reports are true that is this metastasized from his other cancers the outlook is not good. My husbands cancer did the same thing, progonosis is usually less than 6 months

A friend of mine lost his colon and his liver to cancer and is still going strong over 8 years later after getting a liver transplant. Fortunately it didn't spread past the colon and liver. I can't say if Tony would be a candidate for such a procedure, but it has been done before.
