This is another earthquake, different and larger than the quake off of Honshu, Japan.
More information on the way...
Yeah, funny as a funeral.
I have a two brothers in Iraq(well, they both come and go on tours, both may not at this moment be there). I don't find car bombings funny either and I don't blame Bush for them either. What part of "I understand the humor" have you missed? When has an Earthquake or Tsunami ever been pinned on Bush?
I don't know if that's true, but if it is, it's the stupidest waste of tax money ever. There is NO way that a salt water disposal well could possibly cause an earthquake.
You can't even come up with a theory that was anything more than asinine.
"With all this activity, I had to go check out the MSM... Fox had some hollywood story on - TV off."
Mine went off when Geraldo came on. He's really messing up my weekends.
There was an 8.0 just south of Fiji on May 3, 2006 the tsunami warning was short lived. I don't think this quake is going to cause any problems.
Sarcasm
Large after shock

Did you feel it?
Report shaking and damage at your location. You can also view a map displaying accumulated data from your report and others.
Thanks, I seem to know all of these places by their WWII names!
That injection of liquids into wells can cause small earthquakes is well-studied and accepted in the scientific community.
Yes, of course, Sarcasm. Excuses you completely. You simply didn't think through what your post meant. I'm ok with that.
ARGH!

Over 100 scientific papers regarding injection-induced earthquakes - the most famous incidence of which was the waste injection at Rocky Mountain Arsenal in Colorado causing earthquakes in the 1960s.
Earthquakes, especially strong ones, are no joking matters.
I survived a major one and am lucky to be alive today.
Please refrain from mockery.
Don't know. What I do know is that Godzilla REALLY doesn't like it when an earthquake happens. Makes him surrly. Then Tokyo gets hammered.
Give me some cites. And define small.
Earthquake hits off Japan coast ~ 7.1 off the west coast of Japan's largest island, Honshu.
Same here. I had to look it up on the CIA online database of countries.
Seems everybody's sayin' somethin' different.
Damn I just hear about quake in Japan
