In response to the democrats passing their ANTI-TROOP bill, President Bush made a statement from the White House, vowing to veto it. [this bill] has no chance of becoming law. Accompanying the president were members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, families of deployed service members and families of those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. (Transcript)

Enjoy your visit to Sanity Island
You look STUNNING in that photo, Milo!
the pics are not the eerie......
Hi Jonny. Hope you're still around. I happily take responsibility for the question mark. You know how us denizens of LaLaLand are. ;-)
?
We're the state that sent Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Henry Waxman, Maxine Waters, and a host of other bizzarro congresscritters to DC. We also keep recycling Governor Moonbeam. He used to date Linda Ronstadt. Then he became Mayor of Oakland after he left the governorship. Whereupon crime in Oakland rose some astronomical percent. So, of course, we elected him our new state Attorney General.
Therefore, the question mark is replacing the bear as our state symbol. And our new state motto is...
Say wha....?
I said IF.
LOL!
Thank-you..it was a pain in the but taking pics with the night vision goggles....but we got it to work...
Definitely. I figure I was pretty lucky to fall at work. I get injured all the time. At least with the worst one, I don't have to pay for all the surgeries and medicine and stuff.
they look creepy in night vision.....you are just used to it.
They set rigid restrictions that will require an army of lawyers to interpret.
That's the Democrat way: obfuscate and delay.
You can post them.
The propaganda is getting pretty thick. I don't think anyone is buying it tho. Congress has the lowest job approval rating of any of the branches and people trust the media about as much as they can throw them now. The bias is just getting too obvious.
I better not...I can read their name tags
The point was there's no reason to say IF. There's no IF about it. He WILL veto it.
Hi onyx. I knew you'd enjoy that little treatise on our new state symbols. ;-)
Don't you love that? The MSM was so eager to let us know before the election what Congress's approval rating was. I never hear anyone mention it now. Wonder why...
Did you hear that the Iranians captured 15 Brits?....I sent you the story.
BEAUTIFUL, jlyspio. I wish Mystery could show this to her mother who is all worried about the supermarket rag which said they are breaking up.
Laura sometimes still looks like the young girl Dubya married, and it shows on some of those pictures.
If I HAD to pick a favorite, it would be the one when Dubya is leaning backward to Laura. He looks like he's telling a Jack Benny joke, and loving it.
Thanks for showing it to us.
Bullseye!
It may take a few years, but I think most of these "real conservatives" will look back on GWB, at everything he endured and accomplished, and realize what a great president he was.
I couldn't stand President Johnson < gag hack spit > and I couldn't stand the way he treated his wife, his subordinates, my country, and my country's soldiers whose duty it was to obey his horrible war policies. It surely brings up a lot of awful memories to see his memory being < gack > honored in the Oval Office.
