Tony's doctors have detected a growth of some kind. He will have surgery on Monday. They are not saying that this is or is not cancer. Please be so kind as to offer your prayers, your support for this good man.

Just a few days ago when we were discussing him I wrote about my concern for the stress his new job may be putting on him because post-cancer must be stress free in maintaining optimal health.

And now this -

Is the honor of that job worth his longevity and health?

Thanks for the link, Save. It is a good interview with Tony and confirms what many of us SnowFlakes had suspected about the timing of his surgery:

"TS: Well, exactly right. Well, I’ve sort of timed it pretty well, because we get through, of course, this weekend, where you get down to the Final Four. So we’re now at the Elite 12."

That's our guy; whatever it takes to see the NCAA finals!
