OK, I'm living it right now with a mother with a stage iv cancer. I'm doing everything in my power to keep her upbeat, optimistic and fighting because every day with her in it is a gift. I'm glad she is not a member of this board, because your callus dismissal of the psychological aspects of cancer survival can do a lot of damage to those who are fighting and who have faith that they can beat the odds.
