Former Vice President Al Gore appears before a House Energy Subcmte. hearing on Global Climate Change. He’s joined by Professor Bjorn Lomborg, author of a book titled, “The Skeptical Environmentalist.” Gore will also appear later today before the Senate Environment & Public Works Committee.

This is all doublespeak.....large electric utilites have no interesting in lowering power usages....such as the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
All this may reduce power usage, but energy rates will have to rise to cover their inflated programs, staff payrolls and generous benefits.
