Probably going to announce the resignation of AG Gonzales, and apologize profusely to the Democrats.

...and apologize profusely to the Democrats

The Republican strategy is to never defend yourself, never stand up to principle, never question the Democrats' motives, never be on the offense, and never forget to say your sorry when the Democrats accuse you of something, right or wrong, good or bad.

I just threw away my latest solicitation for cash from the Republican National Committee. They don't seem to get it. I'm not upset because the Republicans have been too conservative. I'm alienated because they have become clones of the Democrats, trying to outspend them using our tax money, and caving in to every Democrat "demand". The Republicans are fake capitalists and the Democrats are lunatic socialists. Some choice we have!

And he'll ask Chuck Schumer for a list of suitable replacements.

"Probably going to announce the resignation of AG Gonzales, and apologize profusely to the Democrats."

The camera angle will have to be shot from the floor because he'll be wearing knee-pads.

IF Gonzo goes, it kills two birds with one stone:

Of course the real reason Gonzo is going is because of the BP agents Ramos-Compean kangaroo court debacle and subsequent fix, but THAT won't be mentioned.

Thus with Gonzo gone, any investigation indicting several aiders and abetters to the Ramos-Compean frame up and falsified records and accomplces will be stuffed and sealed for the next 100 years.

My only questiion is what happens to Johnny Sutton.

I don't think so. I believe Dubya has drawn another line in the sand. On some things he just won't budge no matter what the polls say. This is not another immigration issue. I think it is more like Iraq. When Democrats have demanded we leave Iraq he sends more troops in. I think Dubya has his back up on this issue. Forget about it DemocRATS.
