I mean, honestly, has the Libby indictment done ANYTHING productive? It has in one sense. As far as the Bush administration is concerned, the MSM has been cut out of the loop. This is why they are so hostile. They are getting NOTHING out of the WH except static. Note all the predictions about Gonzales yesterday. Nobody was right, because they just made it up in desperation.
Look for the next wave of articles calling Bush the most secretive president ever, and that he should be impeached on that basis. Next week will be all about him thwarting the will of Congress, Obstruction of Justice, bla, bla, bla.
But, when Dems are crying, they aint voting.

The Libby indictment has also severely damaged the idea of a press shield law..

"Bush has ended looking bad by appointing someone as incompetent as Gonzales."
Janet Reno was incompetent for eight years. By the way, I don't remember any DOJ attorneys taking shots at Reno.

It's all political posturing. They're after Rove and they're going to be unsuccessful again.

Matthews is a damn liar. And a Democrat. The two seem to go together.

He can ignore them.He also can IGNORE an eventual ruling by the SCOTUS, if their decision is against him.
They can't ENFORCE their ruling either. IMHO he will cave to the SCOTUS but would LOVE IT if he didn't!!

He's married to a Dem and based on several remarks I've heard him say over the years I believe he is too.
Hopefully he believes in the constitution as much as you think...

I know .... LOL. Ever since they heard the term "frog marched," it's become their twisted obsession, along with being AQ West.

Dude, I have been predicting a spring attack for months. The effect on the Dems would be only a fringe benefit. There would not be a sustained conflict. From the folks I talk to, if we go in, our first wave will cause Iran to have a "come to Jesus" moment. I hope you are right. We absolutely cannot allow Ahmedinutjob and the mad mullahs to have nukes.
What do you make of the Russians pulling their people out of the nuclear sites?
