You know, come to think of it, it might be better if they were to pass a law preventing the Pres. from firing US Attnys. Then all of the GOP appointees would be set for life, and Hillary would be out of luck.

So...does this mean that IF the dems win back the WH in 08, they'll have to live with the laws THEY make now?
Oh excuse me, I'm dreaming...wake me up! They'll just come through and re-do everything to fit their purposes. And what will the republicans do? What they did this time...NOTHING.

I don't remember this being on th list of things they promised to do in the first 100 days. And speaking of that list..how is it coming along? So far all I have seen from the new house and senate is "campaigning".
