Yes, if you read the Miami Herald version. But no one who calls the Castro brothers "monsters" and who supports the continued embargo of Cuba, could be considered making him self a fool. Shame on you for supporting a Liberal hit piece.

"No kidding - and the hatred of Dan Quayle on a conservative board is amazing"
I agree! Dan Quayle was and still is a fine man. He was also a good V.P. Whenever the media succeeds in negatively framing the character of one of our own leaders, way too many on our side jump on the bashing bandwagon! It would be nice if those people would defend our guys instead of joining the stupid liberal a**holes!

As usual, Romney tries to say the right words to the right audience, but he just can't quite carry it off.

I haven't read this entire thread yet, but you can save me the time by answering one question:
Has Quayle been thrown under the bus for his prediction?

Were you there?
Romney is the sharpest candidate running. And he was prepared for that event by Al Cardenas. I sincerely doubt the characterization of his performance by the Miami Herald.

Romney is the sharpest candidate running. Right. That's why his supporters are still having to explain his remarks on numerous subjects days after the fact...

Kiss of death for Romney. Who wants to tie their name to Quayle of all people? This is to a ringing endorsement. Name one thing that Quayle did that is remembered. Oh, yeah... Benson chastized him saying, "You are no John Kennedy!" and he mispelled "potato". Other than that? He draws a blank.

Yeah, right.
Keep eating your own. That's the ticket.
Have you chosen a candidate to support yet?

Keep eating your own. That's the ticket. He may be yours, but he ain't mine. A hardcore liberal governor, fresh off a term that implemented an assault weapons ban, socialized medicine, and the gay agenda in his state, I take no ownership of. Especially one who is now trying to fraudulently sell himself as a conservative.
Have you chosen a candidate to support yet?
No. I'll let you know when I have.

As Ann Coulter said to Mitt backstage at CPAC, his views on abortion are like Reagan, also a flip-flopper.

My candidates are doing just fine. You see, real conservatism is a winner. Even Romney knows it. That's why he's trying so hard to pretend he is a conservative.
