No, I've watched maybe three. I found all of them to be in bad taste.
There are entire episodes where all they're trying to do is out-do themselves in the bad-taste arena. Other times, they do have an agenda of political or societal commentary.
When it comes to bad taste, they like to "draw a line" of how far they should go. Then they take a few steps back (metaphorically). That way they can get a good, running start before vaulting over that line! lol.
For instance, you want to talk about bad taste? Check out the "Scott Tennaman Must Die" episode. I kept thinking, "they didn't just do that! And then "This can't get any worse (in a bad taste sense). And then it did! Over and over again! It was GREAT!!!!
I'm going to hell for making my 81 year old Aunt watch the "Woodland Critter Christmas" episode.

Like fine wine, it's an acquired taste. I had a similar reaction but now I am debased enough to enjoy the show. Stone and Parker are fearless in attacking fashionable liberal BS, whether it's hybrid cars, gays in the Boy Scouts, you name it.
Frankly, South Park is doing far more to grow and nuture conservative concepts and ideology than the RNC ever will.
