This, my friend, is exactly the what I'm talking about. You're attempting to hijack the term 'conservative'. His home page makes it clear he's a political conservative. But on social issues, he disagrees with you. Therefore you verbally wish to kick him out of the 'conservative' camp.
You're breaking the terms of the coalition. We work together on political issues to get lower taxes, smaller govt, etc. We avoid the social issues we disagree on.
If you and your side succeeds in pushing out all the socially 'live and let live' people who believe in a conservative use of federal power, you will never win an election again, I believe.
Thanks Dominic....I am getting sick and tired of being baited by these faux conservative hicks.

Ignoring the cost of uncontrolled illegal immigration to Americans in the areas of crime, healthcare (dozens of closed hospitals) and education (tax dollars earmarked for school programs re-routed to esl and other illegal-focused spending) is 'live and let live'?
How can one be 'hopelessly liberal' on social issues (gun control, abortion, family integrity, open borders, personal responsibility are social issues) and still be a Conservative?
Wanting lower taxes does not make one a conservative...especially when one is a small business owner who would personally benefit.
Sorry but the one whom you choose to defend profits from illegal immigrants and when asked about the negative effects on our society caused by these people, specifically the cost to the victims of violent crime perpetrated by them, responded - and this is a quote - "YAWN"......iow, screw them, I'm making mine.
Share your bed with whom you will.
What, no 'can't we all just get along' lectures for this fellow? Surprise surprise.
