"Bullsh*t! He was railroaded!"

The necessary appeal will be in the hands of a judge by the end of day, methinks.

Personally, I'm not surprised, but it still saddens me immensely. Convicted of doing something the prosecution has already said somebody else did, just shameful.

Has the jury even read the verdict yet? The wire services are giving different results. Did the jury leak the verdict on what has been billed as a case about leaking?

A verdict is not appealable; he can't file for an appeal until after he is sentenced.
