Linguistically, there are similarities in all the Indo-European languages. Polish, for example, has some words that are almost the same as Sanskrit. The Indo-Europeans fled India after the destruction of the Indus Valley Civilization. The Celts, or Gauls, went everywhere, from China in the East, to Eire in the West. They provoked the Chinese to build the Great Wall.

Actually I find the Indus Valley civilisation to be of the Tamil-Sumerian ethnic group. They also migrated out of these due to the rivers drying up. Perhaps this was at the same time as Santorini and the end of the Minoan civilisation

The Indo-europeans came later -- I would guess from the Kuban region.

The Hittites went south-west, the Indo-Iranis south-east, the Greeks south-west, the Latins and Celts and Germanics to the north and west and the Balto-Slavs remained there for a long time while the Tocharians headed east

The prevalence of red hair does not have to indicate Celtic genes -- after all Udmurts who are a finno-ugric people (and not even Aryanic) have the highest prevalence of red hair
