This is incredible. Listen to the audio.
After listening to this blatant phony and fool, I thought to myself:
"And the Democrats and the Media dare to criticize Bush?"
I would be monumentally embarrassed to be a Democrat after listening to this.

Yes, and she is just trying to be more black than Osama Obama. This will be fun. Kinda like Blazing Saddles II.

Please don't EVER make any references that bring together "Helen Thomas" and "underwear" (or, even worse, the lack thereof). Such images are too horrific to ponder. YECCCHHHHH!
To: stanz
Her "normal" voice is bad enough--like fingernails on a chalkboard. Add in a feigned Southern accent and you have a recipe for disaster (and abundant humor).
To: seanmerc
Thank goodness for the abundant humor!

Campaigning in churches, isn't that against the law ... just asking. I don't think that campaigning by candidates in churches is, as churches were also the town assembly hall in the old days. I do think that church clergy campaigning for a specific candidate or issue, while also not illegal, does affect the church's tax exempt status if they are excessive about it.
It's the chuch's choice: be politically activist and give up tax exemption, or stay tax exempt and remain politically neutral.

So have any of the DBM even played it? If they've already locked it in a vault, you can be sure that the sound bite will suddenly be blamed on Rush as one of his parodies.

WOW... that was bad. ha ha ha ha. I heard Obama's speech yesterday and thought that he was VERY good. I also heard some of Hillary's speech knew that something was off did not realize that it was the fake accent. Thought that Hillary should be very afraid after hearing both speak.

Peter Fenn said she hit it out of the park and had the audience eating out of her hands. Pat Buchanan said she did a pretty good job reciting the hymn. Do we live in a parallel universe as all I see is a woman without any authenticity.

New Yorkers like Carroll O'Connor and Jackie Gleason performed the role of Southern sheriffs with a cornpone accent that sounded at best like southern Brooklyn. I was going to mention O'Connor's bad southern accent. Rod Steiger was just as bad in his original interpretation of the role. Add Sean Penn as Willie Stark (Huey Long).
Of course Dallas had the worst amalgam of bad attempts at southern accents. Each person in the whole family spoke with a different accent. The more I watch her, Hillary seems like a bad Dallas villain.
