HOLLYWOOD'S wealthy liberals can now avoid any guilt they might feel for consuming so much non-renewable fossil fuel... This year's Oscar goodie bag contained gift certificates representing 100,000 pounds of greenhouse gas reductions... It reminds us of the era when rich Catholics paid the church for "dispensations" that would shorten their terms in Purgatory.

Carbon credits by the pound. By the ton. That's a lot of carbon. Contact Algore since he is the main actor in this drama. He buys carbon credits from his own company, which is probably the thing to do. Form your own carbon company, Green Energy, LLC or something more creative and abstruse so nobody will guess the real game and buy credits from yourself.
"Green Energy, LLC" is probably a bit better than "Shell Company that Pays into My Cayman Islands Accout, PLC."
Don't you love the way they are totally in love with their agenda that is so far from the truth. It's all about money and power and making a quick buck than anything else. Of course, there is stealing and missusing our money too. The government would have enough money if they would quit stealing it.
There are a lot of things in the mix, but I think when you get right down to brass tacks - it's about power!
