He is not a cross-dresser, he had some fun at 2 fund-raisers. So what? Some here carry intolerance to an extreme.

Some here carry intolerance to an extreme. You're right. There's quite enough substantive reason to ignore him without lowering ourselves to that.

"He is not a cross-dresser, he had some fun at 2 fund-raisers. So what? Some here carry intolerance to an extreme." \ It a joke. Many here say the dumbest things and actually seem to themselves believe they have merit.

He is not a cross-dresserNo, he isn't. He's a gun-grabber; which is why I'll never vote for him.

Yes, they were for fund raisers and not for "Gay Organizations" as some posters on Free Republic have stated. At least Rudy has a sense of humor and is not as uptight as some.

I cannot believe how many people around here actually seem to care about this. Does being a conservative have to make you humorless? If so, you might want to re-think your definition of Conservativism.

But what leadership message does one get from the king dressed in drag? I suspect one that pulls out all stops on the hedonists. Just what we need, extreme perversity as diversity.

He is not a cross-dresser, he had some fun at 2 fund-raisers While I agree with your assessment of this event....I do wonder how this will "play" in political ads and affect the voters who are not currently engaged.

Some here carry intolerance to an extreme. I suppose that all depends on what you are willing to tolerate.

Just think of how much fun 'fund raisers' will be with President Guiliani!!! (rolling eyes)
I guess those pictures DO make him even more popular with liberals.

Rudy's a pretty smart guy, but that was the stupidest thing he's ever done. I support Rudy mainly because he's right on terrorism, taxes, and the economy. And he can win. But some of his stands on social issues stink. And dressing up in drag will hurt him.

He is not a cross-dresser, he had some fun at 2 fund-raisers. So what? Some here carry intolerance to an extreme.I heard that Ronald Reagan starred in a movie with -- get this -- a monkey. And yet somehow he was elected president twice, by landslides, and became the greatest president of the 20th Century.

Yes, he has had some "fun" cross-dressing to raise money for militant homosexual activists. It's consistent with the fact that he marched in each and every gay rights parade in New York City.
It's also consistent with the fact that he is a liberal and on issue after issue -- from being a militant pro-abortion position to gun control to man-made global warming to hate crimes legislation.
If certain conservatives are stupid enough to nominate a liberal RINO for the GOP Presidential nomination, you don't have any right to whine if Hillary Clinton becomes President or if the RINO gets in an enacts liberal policies.
It's not possible for conservatism to advance if "conservatives" are going to dumb and deluded. Liberals thrive on the stupidity of those that support candidates like Giuliani for office.

I agree. There's a lot to criticize Rudy for, but this ain't among them.
