Wonderful. We have a cross-dressing supporter of homosexual activism running for the GOP nomination that never missed a chance to march in a gay "rights" march.
To: Ol' Sparky
He is not a cross-dresser, he had some fun at 2 fund-raisers. So what? Some here carry intolerance to an extreme.

Gee! Anyone think they may have seen his drag pictures here?

Some here carry intolerance to an extreme. You're right. There's quite enough substantive reason to ignore him without lowering ourselves to that.

More important that he'll quash Al Queda in a minute.

Here is yet another example of the MSM trying to torpedo Rudy.
If anything, his 'stunts' at these events show that:
He is a good sport, and
He has keen political sense that self-deprecating humor is a great thing in a politician, and
He is anything but a 'stuffed shirt' and a man comfortable with who he is...

You know, I'm not Rudy supporter, but the level of discourse (on both the 'pro-' AND 'anti-' sides) could really use some work.

Oh the intolerance....Oh the intolerance...That's what the DU folks would call it.

Rudy in full drag would be a tougher POTUS than all the other candidates of both parties combined (except for Tancredo) :)

People who would use this as an issue to denigrate Rudy likely have latent homosexual tendencies of which they are afraid.

What can you base that on other than his tough talk?
Actual accomplishments, please - and kicking arafat or returning checks don't count as accomplishments. Neither do false claims of working on the achille lauro case.

To: Ol' Sparky
This is really petty. If you are more worried about a candidate having fun wearing drag at a fundraiser than you are about how he will handle the War on Terror then you have got your priorities really screwed up.

Imagine these photos on large placards on "the Arab street" for the next eight years...
Symbolism is non an inconsequential matter in mass communications, or in the recruitment of new terrorists.
What better visual "proof" could they possibly have of the decadence of the West...than actual photos of a male President of the United States dressed as Dolly Parton.
If some have their way, our only choice next year will be which liberal New York politician needs a hairdresser in the White House.

"He is not a cross-dresser, he had some fun at 2 fund-raisers. So what? Some here carry intolerance to an extreme." \ It a joke. Many here say the dumbest things and actually seem to themselves believe they have merit.
To: Ol' Sparky
It wasn't so much that he cross-dressed, it's to the extent in which he did it.

"What can you base that on other than his tough talk?" They can't, because he has no record whatsoever of working with (or in) the military.

Men who dress in women's clothing likely have overt homosexual tendencies which they embrace.
