Sorry, but just because person A says, "I'm not stupid," it doesn't mean person B's reply effectively saying, "Yes, you are stupid" is NOT Personal Abuse.
Have I seen much, much worse? Sure. It's still juvenile and a rules violation I'm suprised to see so frequently.
