ARTICLE SNIPPET: "OCEANSIDE – Police and fire officials might have found the break they need to crack the case of a serial arsonist who has set dozens of brush fires in the San Luis Rey River area.
Monday, authorities questioned one man and searched for another after the two were spotted near a small brush fire in the riverbed, Oceanside Fire Chief Jeff Bowman said. The search was halted about 7:20 p.m."
