Does anyone here know why the airlines are on red alert?
I'm nervous because I have a g-daughter flying in from Paris on the 18th; and another daughter flying to Egypt!!! (of all the godforsaken countries on this earth) on March 28.
Any info would be much appreciated. Prayers, too.
Where did you hear the Airlines are on Red Alert ..???
I will pray for your daughters Palladin.

Palladin, I don't know about the "red" alert. My husband just returned from So. America a few days ago, and our son flew to China yesterday. According to them, it was still "orange" and has been for quite a long time.
I certainly understand your worries about loved ones flying to "Godforsaken countries". I'm afraid I have to deal with this all the time. It makes for a very nervous wife and mother.
If you hear more about the "red" alert, please let us know.
The airlines being on red alert - actually, they call it "high alert" - has been continuous since August 2006 when the UK bomb plot was uncovered.
