ARTICLE SNIPPET: "From now on any terror activity coming from the Gaza Strip will receive an appropriate response, a senior defense official said Tuesday morning following Monday's shooting incident near the Karni goods crossing, in which an Israel Electric Corp. security guard was moderately injured by a Hamas sniper.

Kobi Ohayon, 42, and eight other employees were preparing infrastructure for four electricity poles. During the works he was hit by a sniper. The Karni crossing was closed alternately."
