One-third of voters take issue with a presidential candidate who supports gun control or has been married three times like Rudy Giuliani, a new Time magazine poll shows.......30 percent couldn't back a candidate who favors gun control, while another 35 percent have trouble with someone with three marriages. That includes 48 percent of "born-again" white Christians. But the survey also shows 56 percent don't know Giuliani's marital history, 68 percent don't know his stand on gun control (he's been saying it's a state matter), and nearly 80 percent don't accurately know where he is on abortion rights (he favors it)....Giuliani is partly an unknown quantity nationally..... according to 1,144 registered voters nationwide.

If you run for president on the GOP ticket, your state should have voted Republican at least four of the last five presidential elections. If you can't lead in your state, you shouldn't be considered for national office.
Hillary wears dresses?
How's he going to get any work done if he's busy having sex. Clinton never accomplished anything because of it and he's a liberal like Rudy.
I hope the Mrs is up to it---he's gonna need a few {{{ahem}}} diversions to get through his sagging fortunes.
If you promote the name of Duncan Hunter, close to perfect, and get off the "No Chance" bandwagon it would help our cause.
Rudy is the worst possible candidate for uneasy Americans.
He should bow out ASAP---his visibility as a candidate is like waving a red flag in front of hijackers and other thugs. The dumbest thing Rudy did was enter the 2008 race on his 9/11 credentials. And he knew it, too---he sure played down those fast---especially after the Nov 2006 debacle.
Wow, that is shortsighted.
New York, New York appears to be in the making, reckon?

That certainly makes sense for the primaries. We want to push for the best horse in the race. We also need to be cognizant of the odds that this race will narrow down to two horses that we don't like. I like Duncan Hunter best out of the current crop, but in today's national climate, he's a Dennis Kucinich-of-the-right longshot.
Prostate cancer is the end of sex. Believe me, I know of this personally since my husband had radiation for it 3 years ago.
On the other hand, he shut down every porn shop, brothel, and topless bar in New York. Arrested, took to jail, ignored the howls of the civil liberties crowd.
I guess he doesn't approve if you have to pay in cash on the spot.
Romney is going to have a "meet and greet" meeting here in Knoxville, TN at 12:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 6 at the Knoxville Airport Hilton, to which I've been invited. I plan to question him closely about the extent to which he buys into the global warming hysteria and his stands on Second Amendment issues. When I get home I'll post a vanity here describing the meeting and what he said. Right now I'm leaning in his favor but remain definitely undecided between him and Giuliani.
Yeah, "paying" for it in the Playboy vernacular means "something else."
Not money.
Now it looks like Rudolfo is going to "pay-up" big time for his unending search for sexual perfection.
Should be in the Repub platform.......and elsewhere.
And endorsing Dems (as Rudolfo did) should be an automatic disqualifier.
There certainly is a HORRIBLE candidate with a damn good shot at getting elected.
Right on target!!!!!!!!!
I'm not comparing them, I'm comparing us, as far as niche political markets goes. While we on FR may overwhelmingly like Duncan Hunter, that doesn't automatically mean that everyone outside of FR has comparable views. That's as true of the left as the right. If that were not the case, then Kucinich would have been the Dem nominee years ago.
Expect the cult of personality types to show up with their Rudy-fawning graphics to try and counter this inconvenient truth.
