The next time I see a holdup I'm going to say to anyone within ear shot, yes, those robbers deserve a reward for spitting out illegal activity. Maybe I will not be arrested. Same principal when birthing a child while illegally invading a nation. Spit out a child, rob the system, receive full reward for doing so.
