You are wrong about that. Rudy was tested on 9/11. He can be trusted to handle the WOT. And you are wrong about foreign policy experience. Check out his travels in the last 5 years. He is considered a very respectable leader by our allies.

Most of our allies are socialist or borderline-socialist countries.
